THE WHOLE IDEA

The hose stores inside dedicated vacuum tubing behind the wall instead of taking up a closet.

Open the inlet and pull out only the amount of hose you need for the cleaning job.
VACUUM
Lock the hose in place, connect the appropriate tool and clean with your central vacuum system.
RETRACT
Release the lock and use the central vacuum's suction to draw the hose back into the wall.

Very little of a central vacuum should actually be in the room.
The motor and collection system stay away from the living space. With Hide-A-Hose, the long vacuum hose can disappear too.

RapidFlex uses a soft-touch, scratch-resistant hose designed to pull more easily and retract quickly. Its larger internal diameter also improves airflow compared with earlier retractable hose designs.
