Central Vacuum, LLC handles projects from planning through final installation — new homes, remodels, retrofits, upgrades and replacement systems.

New construction + remodel
Before the walls close.
Central vacuum tubing is installed just before drywall. It is a relatively quick trade, and even if the full system is not in the budget yet, installing the pipe now leaves the home central-vacuum ready for later.
Existing homes
Retrofit without wrecking the house.
We determine inlet locations, identify clear paths from basement or attic spaces, mount each inlet securely and connect the system with as little disruption to finished walls as possible.
Swap outs
Keep the system. Upgrade the machine.
Already have a central vacuum? We can replace the power unit with a quieter, stronger and easier-to-empty machine without starting over.
Installation standard

Our installations follow the Five Stage Installation Standards , with direct routing, fewer unnecessary fittings and careful pipe joining throughout the system.
